These Terms govern your use of MLUE through mlue.com, the MLUE website and the MLUE iOS app. They form an agreement between you and Muru Network Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy before creating an account.
1. Operator, acceptance and eligibility
MLUE is operated by Muru Network Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd., a company based in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, mainland China (“MLUE,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using an authenticated service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create or use an account.
A creator account is available only to a person aged 18 or older who has legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use MLUE for an organization, brand or another person, you represent that you are authorized to act for them and that both you and the represented party will comply with these Terms.
2. What MLUE currently provides
MLUE provides account management, a shareable creator page, links and content blocks, media presentation, draft and publishing tools, basic insights, audience and contact tools, digital cards, AI-assisted workflows and related workspace features. A feature can vary by platform, plan, region, technical configuration, product stage and third-party rule.
A control marked as preview, beta, coming soon, unavailable, subject to approval or requiring configuration is not a promise that the feature will become available by a particular date. The international service uses the same account and core product infrastructure as MLUE’s mainland China service; the Privacy Policy describes the infrastructure and processing locations.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate login and recovery information and keep passwords, verification codes and recovery methods confidential.
- Use only an account you are authorized to control. Do not sell, rent, transfer or share an authenticated session.
- You are responsible for activity and content under your account until you report unauthorized access and take the available protective steps.
- MLUE may require renewed authentication when you change a key login method, connect an external account, recover an account, publish certain content or perform another sensitive action.
- Tell us promptly if you discover unauthorized use, a security problem or materially inaccurate published information.
4. Your content and the licence MLUE needs
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in text, images, audio, video, marks, links, QR codes, files and other material you submit (“Your Content”). You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, publish and link Your Content and that doing so does not violate law or another person’s rights.
You grant MLUE a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, copy, transmit, resize, transcode, display, back up and otherwise process Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the service you request. This licence does not let MLUE sell Your Content as standalone content and does not mean MLUE endorses it. The public-display part of the licence ends when the relevant content is removed or the account is deleted, except for legally required, security, dispute and limited backup records.
A public creator page can be accessed, copied or shared by anyone who can reach it. You are responsible for deciding what to make public and for the accuracy of any offer, product, service, credential, address or contact information you publish.
5. AI-assisted features
MLUE AI can generate text or images, summarize sources, propose page changes and, when you explicitly request it, run supported calculations or code. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, out of date or similar to content produced for another user. Review output and verify important facts, permissions and links before using or publishing it.
MLUE AI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, educational or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for decisions, published content and actions you approve. Do not use an AI feature to make a high-impact decision about another person without appropriate human review and a lawful basis.
Do not submit passwords, verification codes, private keys, full payment details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information to AI. Provider and processing details are in the Privacy Policy. MLUE may apply usage limits, safety controls and plan-based quotas and may refuse a request that appears unlawful, unsafe or abusive.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use MLUE to:
- violate applicable law, sanctions or export controls, or facilitate an illegal transaction;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights;
- publish fraud, phishing, malware, violent threats, unlawful goods or services, materially deceptive claims or other harmful content;
- impersonate another person, misrepresent identity, credentials, sponsorship, certification, affiliation or transaction history;
- exploit or endanger a child or publish a child’s personal information without an appropriate lawful basis and authority;
- bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits or plan restrictions; probe or disrupt systems; access non-public data without authorization; or distribute malicious code;
- scrape or harvest non-public data, spam visitors, or use visitor submissions for a materially different or unlawful purpose; or
- manufacture false views, clicks, subscriptions, reviews or other product or audience metrics through automation or coordinated manipulation.
You also must follow rules that apply to a third-party service you connect or link. MLUE may use proportionate automated and human measures to protect the service and investigate suspected abuse.
7. Third-party links, platforms and integrations
A creator page can link to social networks, stores, maps, media services and other websites or apps. Unless MLUE expressly says otherwise, the ability to add a link or card does not mean MLUE is affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized to redistribute content from that service.
The third party controls its content, account status, availability, privacy, security, payment and refund practices. A platform change can require MLUE to change or remove an embed, preview, authentication or external-link method. MLUE is not a party to a transaction between a creator, visitor and external merchant unless a checkout clearly identifies MLUE as the seller.
8. Paid services, subscriptions and refunds
If a paid feature is offered to you, the checkout or App Store product page will identify the product, price, currency, duration, payment provider and renewal method before you confirm the purchase. An entitlement begins only after MLUE validates the provider’s transaction notice and associates it with the correct account.
App Store purchases
An iOS membership may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple StoreKit. Apple charges the App Store account and displays the renewal price and period. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in iOS Settings or the App Store subscription page. Cancellation normally prevents a later renewal rather than ending the already-paid period immediately. A separately identified AI credit pack is a consumable purchase and does not auto-renew.
Apple administers cancellation and refund requests for App Store purchases. If Apple sends MLUE a validated refund or revocation, MLUE may end the corresponding membership or remove unused credits associated with that transaction.
Website purchases
If website payment is made available in your location, the checkout identifies the payment channel and applicable purchase and refund rules. A browser success screen or screenshot does not replace the provider’s validated transaction confirmation. MLUE will not start recurring website billing unless a checkout clearly identifies it as recurring and you complete the required authorization.
Nothing in these Terms removes a refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your location. Deleting an MLUE account does not cancel a subscription administered by Apple or another independent provider; cancel it separately with that provider.
9. Reports, intellectual-property notices and appeals
Anyone can use the report route on a public page or the report and complaint form to identify suspected unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content. Provide the page URL, the specific material and evidence that allows the report to be assessed. MLUE may limit visibility, disconnect a link, remove content, suspend a feature or restrict an account where reasonably necessary.
A user affected by an enforcement action may use the legal and appeal form to explain the issue and submit evidence. For an intellectual-property notice, MLUE may share the substance of the allegation with the affected user when needed to evaluate a response, but will not unnecessarily publish the reporter’s contact details.
10. Availability, maintenance and changes
MLUE works to keep the service and user content available, but does not promise uninterrupted, error-free or universal compatibility. Maintenance, security events, network failures, product experiments, provider restrictions and events outside reasonable control can interrupt or change a feature. Where practical, planned maintenance or a material service change will be communicated in advance.
MLUE may add, change or discontinue a feature. If a change materially reduces a paid service during its committed period, MLUE will provide any remedy required by the purchase terms or applicable law.
11. Restriction, suspension and account deletion
MLUE may take proportionate action if an account presents a credible security risk, violates these Terms, infringes another person’s rights, abuses the service or threatens service operation. An urgent risk may be contained before notice, with an explanation and appeal route provided when appropriate and lawful.
You can request deletion in account settings. MLUE may require recent authentication and the complete username to prevent an unauthorized deletion. A transaction that is actively processing may require you to retry, but an active App Store subscription by itself does not prevent an immediate MLUE account-deletion request.
Deleting the account removes access to its remaining membership benefits and AI credits and starts deletion or de-identification of managed account and page data, subject to legal, tax, transaction, dispute, security and backup-retention exceptions. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple-managed subscription; cancel it separately if you want future billing to stop.
12. Responsibility, warranties and liability
You are responsible for Your Content, external links, product or service claims and transactions with your visitors. MLUE does not guarantee the legality, accuracy, quality or continuing availability of third-party content or an external destination.
The service is provided with reasonable care and skill, but may contain errors and may not meet every intended use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MLUE is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms, or for loss caused solely by your unlawful use, an external service or an event outside MLUE’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence where the applicable law does not allow that limitation. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes, governing law, disputes and contact
MLUE may update these Terms to reflect a product, provider, pricing, risk or legal change. The version and dates at the top will change. A material change affecting price, renewal, responsibility or user rights will be communicated by an appropriate notice; where renewed agreement is required, continued silent use will not replace the required confirmation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections or non-waivable rights that apply in your place of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in good faith. Subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rule that applies to you, a dispute that cannot be resolved may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the domicile of Muru Network Technology (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd.
Questions about these Terms, content action or an appeal may be submitted through the legal and appeal form or by email to team@mlue.cn.
